Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Jayas website or mobile platform. By registering or using the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Jayas and our users. Jayas always aims to keep these terms clear and easy to understand — confusing people with complex legal language is not our intention. If any part is unclear, please contact our support team.

The following conditions must be met to use Jayas. Jayas strictly prohibits underage gaming and takes active measures to prevent it.

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• Online gaming is not prohibited by law in your country of residence
• You are registering of your own free will and of sound mind
• You may only hold one Jayas account
• You are not operating the account on behalf of someone else
• Your account has not previously been closed by Jayas

Only one account per person is permitted on Jayas. Attempting to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all balances and bonuses being forfeited.

• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration
• Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility
• Report any unauthorised use of your account to Jayas immediately
• A government-issued ID must be provided for KYC verification
• Update Jayas if your account details change
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account

Completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) process on Jayas is mandatory for withdrawals. This is solely for your protection — to prevent fraud and money laundering.

Deposits and withdrawals on Jayas can be made via mobile banking, bank cards, and other approved payment methods. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500
• Deposits are usually instant — maximum 15 minutes
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used on the account
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted
• Jayas may place a hold on transactions pending verification of suspicious activity

All bonus offers on Jayas are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus. General bonus rules are outlined below:

• Each bonus applies once per member (unless otherwise stated)
• Welcome bonuses are for new members only
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds claimed through a bonus
• Bonuses expire automatically once the validity period ends
• Jayas reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
• If bonus abuse is suspected, Jayas will investigate and take appropriate action

Bonus abuse includes using multiple accounts, attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets, or colluding with others to exploit the system. If such activity is detected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account suspended.

All games on Jayas are operated by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, etc.). Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are not predetermined in any way.

• Jayas does not interfere with the outcome of any game
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the wager will be refunded
• If the connection drops during a game session, the game is automatically saved
• A bet cannot be cancelled once it has been confirmed
• Winnings cannot be claimed due to a game display error

Before placing bets in the Jayas Sports Betting section, please familiarise yourself with the following rules. These apply to all sporting events.

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed
• If an event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded
• Bets confirmed before odds change will be settled at the original odds
• Some bets in live betting may be voided due to network delays
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the outcome will be determined in accordance with Jayas's established rules
• Any bet found to involve match manipulation will be voided

Jayas is committed to fair play. If match corruption or fixing is suspected, Jayas reserves the right to investigate the relevant bets and take appropriate action.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jayas platform. Violations may result in immediate account closure and, where applicable, legal action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Use of false or fraudulent identity information
• Bonus Terms Abuse or Manipulation
• Attempting to hack or technically manipulate any game or system
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Unauthorised access to another member's account
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Threatening or harassing Jayas staff

Jayas believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a way to make money. We encourage our members to enjoy games in a healthy, responsible manner.

• Daily and weekly budget limits can be set on Jayas
• A cooling-off period can be activated for a temporary break (24 hours to 30 days)
• Long-term self-exclusion options are available
• Jayas may reach out proactively if signs of problem gambling are observed
• Family protection tools are available to keep minors away from accounts

Jayas reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances, without prior notice.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If false information is provided during KYC verification
• In cases of suspicious financial activity
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• At the user's own request

If an account is permanently closed, any valid cash balance will generally be refunded within 5–10 business days. However, if closure is due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.

• Your information is never sold to third parties
• KYC information is used solely for verification purposes
• All data is protected with SSL encryption
